Horizon Yachts' New E98 Motoryacht to Make Global Debut at 2017 Palm Beach Boat Show

Hull one of Horizon Yachts’ new E98 motoryacht model will make her global debut at the upcoming Palm Beach International Boat Show (PBIBS) March 23-26, 2017. The unveiling of the brand new E98 marks yet another exciting debut for Horizon, which recently showcased the new RP120 motoryacht to much acclaim at Yachts Miami Beach in February. Both the E98 and the RP120 will be on display with Horizon Yacht USA at Ramp 1, slips 101-106, alongside the award-winning E88 skylounge motoryacht, the new E75, and two open catamaran models from the Power Catamaran series: the PC60 and PC52. This showcase marks Horizon’s largest ever at the PBIBS event.

Springing from the practical design and sleek exterior styling of the E88, the new Horizon E98’s efficient high-performance hull design allows for a draft just under 6 feet, which enables this near 100-foot yacht to enjoy expanded cruising destinations. Offered in both skylounge and open bridge versions, the E98 on display will showcase an open bridge layout that incorporates a fixed front glass windshield and EZ2CY side panels that allow the area to easily transition between open-air and enclosed and air-conditioned. On this deck, which features a custom bar with seating for five as well as a large dinette, the owner has also incorporated a commercial ice box, hi/low BBQ and storage for lounge chairs. An expansive aft deck and a bow seating area with a dinette and sunpads round out the variety of entertaining spaces.

Every Horizon yacht is designed to suit its owner’s lifestyle and tastes and the first E98 is no exception, as it features a custom interior layout within a 23’ beam that extends the main salon forward through the space normally occupied by a formal dining room to a pass-through opening into the large country kitchen. Luxurious fabrics, neutral stones and custom furnishings feature prominently throughout the living areas and the four spacious en suite guest staterooms on the lower deck.

Drawn by JC Espinosa with a European-influenced interior designed in collaboration with Italian designer Luca Dini, the new RP120 is the largest of the Raised Pilothouse series. A low-resistance hull design affords efficient performance while a 26’2” beam provides extremely spacious accommodations and living spaces. Light, neutral wood tones throughout the interior hint at a modern beach house and convey a feeling of tranquility.

The Horizon RP120 features a five en suite stateroom layout with an on-deck Master that boasts a full-beam en suite. Two mirrored VIP staterooms and two twin guest staterooms are situated below deck. Multiple areas for entertaining and lounging are found throughout the interior and exterior of this latest model in Horizon’s RP series, including foredeck seating and relaxing areas, a spacious aft deck, and a flybridge deck level that provides an immense area for al fresco entertaining and relaxing.

One of Horizon’s most popular — and award-winning — models, the E88 skylounge “beach club” model has been customized to suit the U.S. market, featuring a 21’ beam, four en suite staterooms including a full-beam Master, and numerous areas for entertaining throughout. Equipped with twin CAT C32 1900HP engines, zero speed stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters and much more, this Horizon E88 is suited for active boaters who appreciate both classic lines and contemporary styling.

Having made its U.S. debut at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in November, the new E75 skylounge motoryacht has been customized specifically with the U.S. market in mind. Within an 18’6” beam, the E75 offers three en suite staterooms, including a full-beam master, with separate crew quarters aft of the engine. Entertaining areas are found throughout, and the boat deck houses a wet bar with stool seating and a BBQ grill with plenty of room for tender storage aft. With upgraded twin CAT C32 1600HP engines and a 1,800 gallon fuel capacity, the E75 skylounge motoryacht is estimated to reach a top speed of 27 knots.

A multiple award-winning vessel, the Horizon PC60 boasts an on-deck full-beam Master with walkaround bed and a separate head and large shower with twin basins in the bathroom. The single-level living — which flows from the massive aft deck into the galley, bar and salon with dining option and into the Master — affords easy access to all the living areas of this luxury yacht.

Designed for easy owner operation, Horizon’s popular PC52 power catamaran is the ideal family cruising yacht for the discerning owner that demands quality and excellent aftersales service. With the entire starboard hull dedicated to the owners, the three-cabin layout sleeps six in comfort. Powered by Cummins 550HP motors, the PC52 cruises at 17 knots with a top end of 21 knots.
