Excerpt from the interview: “How many shipyards can say, like we can, that they have not had a change of ownership since being founded? I know so many famous yards that are actually owned by a bank or investors. My big commitment to the industry, and the kind of spirit I spread to our employees, is that everyone has to have commitment to the company, the product and the industry.”
