Born and raised in England, Roger has spent most of his life immersed in various aspects of yachting, from building and managing yachts, to working in charter and sales and captaining a private yacht. In his youth, Roger explored Europe and the U.S. with nothing but a backpack, and he soon moved on to the ocean, cruising the Mediterranean alone in a 27ft sail boat and then joining a private yacht as a crew member -- a significant moment in which he realized he had found his calling with yachts. Through the years that calling only grew larger, as Roger gained experience with various luxury yachts as well as shipyards and manufacturing facilities all over the world. It is his extensive industry background and knowledge that allows him to assist customers in defining the yachts they build with Horizon.

In his free time, Roger enjoys spending time with this wife and three children, enjoying boating, camping, and exploring -- activities he calls "exciting, fun, and rejuvenating."
