Having lived most of his life in South Florida, Luis grew up in a robust yachting community. Attracted by the boating scene his passion for boating grew rapidly. Luis expanded his knowledge of navigation while serving in the US Navy where he was part of the navigation team. After returning home from the Navy he would go on to get his License and captain several vessels from sport fishing boats to motor yachts. He eventually would widen his knowledge of the industry in sales and management.
While Captaining a Horizon Yacht, Luis got to know the Horizon brand and US team. Establishing a repour with the team Luis became more aware of the brand. Eventually working with Horizon at boat shows, commissioning's, rendezvous, and now in sales also. "Not only is it a Blessing to enjoy what you do for a living but to be able to do it with a team that you are proud to be with" says Luis of his Horizon family. He is looking forward to helping you have a welcomed and positive experience in dealing with Horizon.
