Horizon FD85 Model Proves Popular on Global Scale

The new Horizon FD85 motoryacht is turning heads left and right on an international scale, with no signs of stopping. Since first launching in 2016, the FD85 has proven to be one of Horizon’s most popular models with over six hulls either delivered or in production for markets around the globe, including Japan, the U.S., and the Netherlands. She is the perfect balance of fast and slow; large and small; bustling and peaceful elements; unique design and innovative forms. She represents the simple determination to not only be different, but better.

The result of close collaboration between world-renowned yacht designer Cor D. Rover and Horizon’s in-house naval architecture team, the Horizon FD85 incorporates an advanced hull form dubbed the High Performance Piercing Bow (HPPB) which allows for excellent seakeeping at both slow and high speeds. She offers a 23’3” beam for maximized indoor and outdoor spaces, which is enhanced through large sections of floor-to-ceiling windows in the salon. A well-designed on-deck master stateroom, in addition to four guest staterooms below deck, ensures the FD85 provides the best cruising experience for owners and guests.
